These Terms & Conditions may be terminated by either party with written notice. Such notice shall take effect one month from the date of receipt, unless otherwise apreed.
9. Client Categorisation
In accordance with FCA rules, users of this website are deemed ‘Retail Clients’ unless otherwise apreed. This classification ensures you receive the highest level of regulatory protection. You may request a different classification if appropriate.
